20/25 - SIDE LEVERS.

X5311.

On 18-G-4. we bent the standard brake lever in over the gear lever, so reducing the width across the bulged portion of the scuttle on maximum bodies, (chauffeur driven,) by 3".

Similar levers have been fitted on P. 2. to all Continental touring chassis.

It would be a great help to the appearance of the 20/25 if we could have these levers as standard as soon as possible.

There are no new pieces - the present lever is merely set in at the top.

Any stock coachwork is unaffected by the change as bodies which will permit of the present lever would certainly have greater clearance with the proposed one.

Coachbuilders are repeatedly asking me for this, and so are RRAI., when we did the 3 propaganda cars.
