Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer} /Thn4/H2.3.23. we return herewith Paris Invoices Nos.16779 and 16706 which please refer to Hs. {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} for his opinion as to which of the Company's accounts should be debited as we understand that the broken axle or parts were received some time ago and handed over to him for examination and report in accordance with Wor {Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} 's instructions.
