We have already had a scream from London on this point.

We have had reports from you in connection
with 93-NK on which the air temperature has been given
as 32º without boiling. We should like ~~to-knew~~ you
to collect as much data as possible. We want to know
the effect of the direction of the wind and whether
the fan belt is tight or slack, whether the bonnet
shutters were open or closed, how much improvement
with the bonnet sides open?
