For the attention of Mr Dixon (Exp. Dept.)

Dear Sir,
I was sorry to have missed you last week when I called, but hope to see you tomorrow (Thursday) morning, around 11 am.
If you have not already done so don't dismantle the Pump I left for your examination. I shall then be able to continue my endurance tests undisturbed.
I am bringing the pump that failed with me together with the laboratory report on the substance found inside thereof, also the possible cause of the breakdown.
Trusting that this arrangement will be satisfactory to you
I remain
Yours truly
