P.Worth, Esq., India Tyre & Rubber Co.Ltd., Inchinnan, SCOTLAND Dear Mr.Worth, With regard to the 6½" X 17" Silent Tyre which we are shortly standardising on the Bentley, would you please let us know what is the effective circumference of this tyre at 90 m.p.h. We believe that it is about 2% greater than the present 5.50 X 18 tyre. We should like your confirmation of this. We are running the new tyre at 28 lbs/sq.in. as opposed to 30 lbs/sq.in. on the small tyre. Yours sincerely, | ||
