Dear Mr. Grylls,

Herewith I enclose statement from our Works concerning the cost of sending some tyres by air mail to France, as suggested by you in order to get them cleared easily through the Customs. Under the circumstances would it be agreeable to you that we should share this charge between our two Companies on a fifty-fifty basis?

I had hoped to see you this week, but I understand you are away on holiday and I go into camp next Sunday for a fortnight, after which I shall look forward to seeing you once more.
