Handwritten: P.Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} R.Dodd x560 Please have this lever despatched Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} S/W To Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} from Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} 20/25 Steerings. Sg{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}11/E15.4.35 Referring to Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}15/KW.10.4.35 I had my new 20/25 out this week-end and thought that the steering was what I might call 'medium', i.e. not as free as I should really like it but at the same time not so stiff as would cause a customer to complain. I should like you to send the shorter pendulum lever to Br.{T. E. Bellringer - Repair Manager} so that immediately after Easter I cam have it changed and check the result. The modifications referred to in your former memo were of course carried out. Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} | ||
