Y1918E Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst.1/MA. 3rd August, 1934. Messrs.K.L.G.Sparking Plugs Ltd., Robinhood Engineering Works, Putney Vale, London, S.W.15. For the attention of Major C.M.Carington. Dear Sir, Replying to your letter of the 1st instant reference CMC/MEN. referring to our standard Bentley K.L.G. plug, we have examined the sample you have sent to us with the modified nut and we think this is a much better job. We think however that if it was nickel plated it would match very well with the nickel plated screw terminal and if you have no objection we suggest you nickel plate this clinch nut to match the screw terminal. Yours faithfully, FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED. | ||
