30th July, 1936.

Messrs. Rolls-Royce, Ltd.,
Experimental Department,
Derby.

For the attention of Mr. Martindale.

Dear Sirs,

With reference to Mr. Martindale's call upon us yesterday, as promised, we have pleasure in enclosing herewith full-size drawing to show the level top of the chassis and the bottom line of our standard body and the top line of the stepboard which we trust will be useful to you to determine the position for the angle which you propose fitting to the chassis frame to which you will be attaching the top panel of the stepboard.

We shall be very interested to learn, after you have carried out this experiment, whether it is entirely successful.

Yours faithfully,

for PARK WARD & CO. LTD.
M.C. Thompson
