Re: Phantom III.

Dear Sirs,

Referring to our telephone conversation of to-day in regard to the Long Type Special 13½" Driven Plate Assemblies which we are arranging to produce for the above application, we now have pleasure in enclosing herewith our formal quotation based on the supply of quantities of one hundred, the Driven Discs being produced from mild steel and hand made.

You will appreciate that our quotation is based on our estimated costs, which we have reduced to a minimum.

We would advise that all material necessary for production of the above is now on order and we anticipate delivery of the mild steel Discs by the beginning of next week; furthermore we hope that the special Thermoid Facings ordered from America will be delivered at our Works in approximately three weeks time.

We shall be glad to receive your formal Order in due course.

Meantime if we can assist you further please do not hesitate to call upon us.

Yours faithfully,
BORG & BECK COMPANY LIMITED.
