We are sending you a double spring link near side off chassis 1711 - Mortimer Singer, you will observe where it is cracked; this is the second double spring link we have had to replace the other one being on Duveen's car 1426. We have also found that in nearly every case where a case^Car is fitted with fibre bushes to the spring links there has been great difficulty in dismounting the springs owing to the bolts seizing in these bushes. Do you not think this might be a reason for the fracture of these double spring links. G.P.Wallis. | ||
