Proposing a weekly conference to discuss modifications and production issues for the Wraith model.

| 1381. BY.15/G.13.5.38. In considering the proposal that it is necessary for us to have a weekly Conference, which I am certain would be to our individual advantage, I think the best day and time for the Conference is, every Monday morning at 9.0. a.m. I am satisfied that it is desirable in order to avoid unnecessary work being done, that each proposed modification should be held over until the Meeting in question takes place. In the meantime, a copy of the proposed modification would be supplied to each member of the Conference, so that the matter might have full consideration before we meet, and our decisions would therefore be more completely considered. Our first Conference will take place on Monday next, 16th May, at 9.0 a.m. in the Chassis Conference Room. It is important that each member should be present, unless absent from the Works, and no doubt each of us will require an assistant to be au fait with everything which is being done, and be able to carry on in the event of one of the four of us being away from the Works or otherwise prevented by serious reason from being present. For discussion on Monday, the most important issues are connected with Wraith. We shall, therefore, discuss :- (a). Material not released for second 100. (b). Alterations, as they affect production.
