A customer's query on using Johnson's carbon remover for an engine that is 'pinking'.

The above customer is asking if we have had any experience in using Johnson's carbon remover. He has done six or seven thousand miles on the above chassis and finds that it is just inclined to "pink".
He has used Johnson's carbon remover on his 12 h.p. Rover with satisfactory results. He says he knows Rolls-Royce engine is a law unto itself and would like us to let him know the result of our experiences with this preparation.
Customer says the Rover Co., are in favour of its use.
Will you please let us have your report so that we may incorporate same in our reply to customer.
