Abbot Anderson} 39/IL.4.6.36 attached, this clock was delivered to Hs. {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} as a result of a verbal complain made by him to Messrs.Smiths Sales Director regarding the design of Wall Clocks. The original clock which it has replaced was delivered to Hs. {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} privately free-of-charge some time previously.
