Dear Sirs, Thank you for your communication of the 24th inst., and we note your remarks regarding the dynamo which you are looking for, capable of dealing with continuous loads of 17-18 amperes. Unfortunately we have nothing within our own range which we could offer as suitable for your needs, but we are enclosing a copy of our Associated Company, Messrs C.A.V. Ltd's., catalogue of dynamos, as possibly one or two of the models shown may be of interest to you. Should you require any further information, if you will get in touch with Messrs C.A.V. Ltd., at Acton, we have no doubt that their Technical Sales Department will be very pleased to assist you. We also note your enquiry for a vacuum unit for Distributors, and in response we are sending you under separate cover a sample vacuum unit complete with micrometer adjuster suitable for the Vauxhall unit, which we hope will be suitable for your purpose. To assist you we are also enclosing three other Vacuum units which are suitably adjusted for varying engine vacuum conditions, and you will note that these are marked 4/12, 11/9, 3/8 and 2/11 respectively on the side of the hexagons. In fitting the vacuum and micrometer assembly it should be noted that you will need to turn back the body. Continued............... | ||
