Dear Sir,

I have received your letter of the 13th inst. re extra items to Bodies mentioned in my report.

In answer to your enquiry I desire to state that I have included the cost of the extra items in the general expenditure for Wages and Materials, which I consider would cover them.

I estimate the gross cost of the extras at approximately £1,400, and deducting this amount from the gross cost shown (£14,566.) makes the gross cost of Bodies only £13,166, showing a profit on the Bodies of £1856, and on the extras of £612.

I am, dear Sir
Your obedient servant
Thos. K.{Mr Kilner} Lorkington.
