Issue with the bonnet rest angle preventing radiator removal on the P.XII model.

The P.XII. radiator comes off the chassis by being lifted vertically, and this is made impossible by the bonnet rest angle. This particular trouble was discovered on the early experimental cars and it was corrected on 34-EX. However, the correction did not get brought on to production.
