To Oy. from Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} Left-handed Phantom. 60" rear track. Copy to Wox. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} When I was at Derby yesterday it was decided that the 60" rear track should be fitted to the second left-handed experimental car. The position is that it is already on 23-EX, an experimental car which is shortly going for 10,000 miles in connection with English production, and as we contemplate introducing it for England, it is important that we should be in a position to do so for America. This formed one of the items previously discussed for chassis for America but not agreed to, but one which you had expressed the view that you would like to see incorporated. Sg.{Arthur F.
