RE. OVERHEATING.

With reference to the louvred bonnets, we suggest that before there is any Works Conference on this matter it would be interesting to know from Paris why they require louvred bonnets and whether they can give us any information to prove that with the louvred bonnet there will be less over-heating. For instance, if this can be confirmed, we ought to be able to arrive at the same thing by making the shutters in the bonnets larger.
