COPY. RE COOLING SYSTEM. Na.{Mr Nadin} 11.6.14. E/PHD2/G11614. With reference to your memo Na{Mr Nadin}6/TB9614 concerning the normal temperature of the water at the top of the radiator we may state the following information. On fairly level roads with an atmospheric temperature of 20° to 25° Celsius (Centigrade), the normal temperature of the water at the top of the radiator should be about 65° to 75° Celsius (Centigrade). This information however, should be taken in a very general sense, as the results depend so much on the load and the conditions under which the engine is running. E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} Dx. Na{Mr Nadin}9/IB11614 11/6/14 Above please find the Drawing Office reply. I think it would be advisable to request Mr. Wormald to get the Experimental Department to confirm these figures. (Sd.)
