As a result of our conversation yesterday with Mr. J.H.Boden of Messrs. British Timken Ltd. it was decided that the latter could supply us with a bearing to suit our requirements and we asked them to make up and send to us 12 bearings. We enclose a copy of our letter to them confirming this arrangement. Will you please send them an official order for these bearings.

The special bearing which they are going to supply is as follows :-

Steering Gear Type Bearing with -

Roll and Cage Assembly No.31A except that the rollers have flat ends.

Cup No.32 with outside diameter reduced to 2.3125.

6 Bearings to Order No.54317.

6 Bearings to Order No. 54305.
