To E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} X1263 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}22/KW. 27.6.35. Vapour Lock on the SpectreCodename for Phantom III. With a view to overcoming this trouble on the SpectreCodename for Phantom III we asked Hancock to insulate his filter. The idea of this was to save moving the pumps from under the body. Hancock now reports that he has tried this and has not got away with it. It would appear, therefore, that we shall have to move these petrol pumps.
