T.L. Turner, Esq.,
The Zenith Carburetter Co.,Ltd.,
STANMORE, Middlesex.

Dear Mr. Turner,

Confirming our conversation with you on Thursday, June 17th, the following is a summary of the proposals made during the meeting:-

(1) You will submit costs of the small duplex carburetter
(a) if made of all American bits.
(b) the main casting only from America, remaining pieces British.
(c) all British.

In every case the carburetter will have the same external finish as the one you are at present supplying for the Phantom III.

(2) Assuming that the present E.E.C. Carburetter lasts two more years, what will be the cost of the A.A.V.35 ?

(3) You will submit a single 25/30 Carburetter to us as soon as possible with anti-percolation schemes, float chamber ventilation, etc.

(4) You are going to let us have a Phantom III carburetter, with the same modifications, at the end of the week.

(5) You will submit a standard 25/30 carburetter to us with all the cost reductions incorporated in it which, in your opinion, can be introduced without reducing the quality.

Yours sincerely,
