ROLLS-ROYCE LTD. INSTRUCTIONS. X40796 To E.F.B. Order No. WB{Mr Brazier/Mr Bell} 43 Customer's No. X 4079 b&c Coil base material Redmanol powder is now purchased from America, manufactured by a reliable firm, and its quality now remains fairly consistent. Also the moulding plant on the works has been greatly improved and modernized. Before this, imperfect mouldings produced were due, to a large extent, to insufficient heat and pressure on the steel mould; the result being that the chemical change of the synthetic constituents did not take place perfectly; the material of the moulded piece being therefore dielectrically and mechanically unsound.
