Messrs. Rolls-Royce Limited,
Experimental Dept.,
DERBY.

24th October 1938.

Dear Sirs,

With further reference to your letter of the 3rd inst., "Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/FD{Frank Dodd - Bodies}/8/JH", and our letter of the 4th, we have now heard from Messrs. Park Ward & Co. and have in hand the first set of Ventilators to which you refer. We understand from Messrs. Park Ward & Co. that when this body is completed it is to be sent to Derby for you to fit to the chassis, and under these circumstances we are writing to ask if you will be good enough to let us know if you wish to meet our Representative at Messrs. Park Ward & Co.'s Works before the body is delivered to you, or whether it would be more convenient to you to meet our Representative at Derby when you have received the body.

Awaiting the favour of your reply,

We are, dear Sirs,
Yours faithfully,
FOR MEAD MCLEAN & CO. LTD
