Mr. Mercer.
19/9/13.
There is a car in the Repair Dept. No. 1645 owned by Col. Bingham of which it is said that the wobble in the steering has been there from the first day the car was taken over. I want you to take this matter up with Mr. Haldenby and try Mr. Royce's scheme to see if we cannot permanently cure this car of this trouble.
