Armrest for Type BD.{Mr Berend} Naval Gun with Bronze Cradle. We confirm that you took away with you on the morning of October 18th. 1940. QPL.151 which shewed the original armrest of QPL.116 made for the aluminium cradle applied to the bronze cradle. Modifications are required to the cradle pattern. The purpose of the scheme is to have a common armrest for both cradles because a die has been sunk for the moulding of the rubber onto the original armrest QPL.116 which it is desired to use.
