Dear Sirs, We very much regret the seeming delay in acknowledging your order No. 99198 of the 7th inst. which has been passed along to this Office by our Development Dept, and which calls for the following:- 3 doz. Rubber Engine Mounting Blocks, to blueprint F.80057. We have to-day despatched under separate cover 12 samples, and we shall be pleased to learn at your earliest convenience that these are to your entire satisfaction. We understand from our Development Dept. that they have in hand a further 2 sets of 12 to a different specification but they cannot proceed with manufacture at the moment as they are still awaiting further information from your Engineer, and we trust that we shall receive your definite instructions in due course.
