The layout decided upon for this engine consists as follows :- (1) Induction pipe to Ex.19087/8 with the buffer ends increased 1" in length. (2) Intake bend to Ex.20017/21. (3) Carburetters 1 3/4" S.U. type H.V.5. with all the improvements on the standard carburetter shown on EB.200 such as float needles, petrol drains and overflow pipes.
