We hope it will be possible to obtain a decision on these matters at the next meeting with the Naval Authorities.

On PL.300 herewith we shew the stresses in the mounting under all maximum conditions assuming a trunnion load of 2,500 lbs. It will be seen that the stresses are all quite low.
