Rolls-Royce, Ltd., Derby, England Gentlemen:- Referring to the Affiliate Membership in the Society held by you, we would say that your accredited representation with us under the membership is as follows:- H.{Arthur M. J.{Mr Johnson W.M.} Belnap E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} A.{Mr Adams} Claremont E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} Hives John J.{Mr Johnson W.M.} McManus We are checking all of our records carefully in order to make them as correct as possible. Will you kindly advise us whether the above specific representation is in accordance with your desire. You may, of course, make changes in the representation if you wish. An Affiliate Member may designate more than one representative up to a total number of six. The annual dues for one representative are $15.00 and the dues for additional ones, $10.00 each. One set of publications of the Society is mailed an Affiliate Member for each three representatives or fraction thereof.
