Re: Hn.{F. C. Honeyman - Retail orders}16/IH.2.2.39.

We have decided to go all out for the R.R. Heater and defroster on the dash when such a fitting is required.

A sample heater is in hand for Sg{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}'s car WMB.11. and instructions for it to be fitted to the chassis now at Park Wards will be issued almost immediately.

They have already received details of the duct arrangements and sizes for such an equipment.

With respect to the P.III. 3-DL-156 for New York, a scheme is being prepared for mounting the heater on the back of the dash to the right hand of the steering and instructions will be issued without delay for the heater to be fitted to the chassis which was delivered on December 20th.1938 and we presume therefore is at Messrs.Hoopers.

A heater unit is being brought through with all speed for this car.

We send herewith a print of our design of orifice at the screen rail which has been determined as a result of considerable tests, and also an outline of the heater so that Hoopers can make sure their instrument board arrangement is suitable. The switch box may need to be moved to/clear position.
