18-EX. CAR.

We want to get rid of this car as soon as possible.
The points which require attention as far as we can see are :-
(1) Decarbonising.
(2) The brakes are inefficient. Should be examined and if necessary, re-lined.
(3) R.{Sir Henry Royce} has complained of the fixing of the front shock absorber arms. These should be rectified. The rear shock absorbers are knocking and should have new parts fitted where necessary.
(4) There is a rattle from one of the control rods under the scuttle. This should be put right.
(5) Exhaust blow from front down pipe.
(6) Examine road springs for lubrication.
