The notes I made at our conference at Olympia with R.{Sir Henry Royce} and Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} are as follows:-

Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} expects to have chassis ready for starting on 10,000 miles in 6 weeks' time. He will go ahead making three chassis so that one will go for 10,000 miles and the others will be available for testing by the Works and WW, and afterwards for the Riviera and London demonstration cars.

You will go ahead having three bodies made by Park Ward, Barkers and Jarvis, assisted by Ev.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork}, and one of these bodies will be finished in the grey and ready for the chassis in 6 weeks' time.

You will obtain the drawing of the chassis for the coachbuilders from WW immediately and make it clear to them that everything depends on our having the drawings and information from WW. That is the only thing that can hold up the job. Therefore, every hour is of importance.
