HEWITSON SPARKING PLUGS.

Replying to your Db{Donald Bastow - Suspensions}/RWC.12/PH.26.8.35., we have examined the patent specification and drawing and do not consider that there is any immediate use for these plugs on our engine. Our view is that it would not be practicable at al for aero engine work in view of the very exacting requirements under which the ignition parts have to operate.

We are returning to you the framed drawing, under separate cover.
