RR 238 (180 BKS.) (DB{Donald Bastow - Suspensions} 461-8-12-24) MP 306975 X3830 ROLLS-ROYCE LTD. INSTRUCTIONS. To: E.F.B. Order No.: J.C. 5. Customer's No.: Date: 2-2-1926 Re Tungstone Cell. Capacity Test. This cell on its preliminary discharge at 5 amperes gave 36.2 ampere hours. After a further good charge the cell was left standing for 2 days when another discharge was taken at 5 amperes & only realised 20 ampere hours. This was considered a very poor result & consequently another discharge was taken immediately after charge & 28.5 ampere hours were obtained. Although this result is not good it bears out that leakage does occur as suggested in the report J.R.146 18-1-26. Signed: F.J. This Sheet must be filed on completion of the work. | ||
