contd:- -2- Suggestions. Every point including - ignition governor, controls, instrument board position, etc. has been carefully thought out and is as arranged after very many months of careful working. We therefore want no suggestions for starting on modified schemes most of which have been carefully gone over but that we must only alter the cars where we are obliged for reliability, wear etc. and not change the scheme which would be fatal and in most cases very undesirable - wherever a fault is seen by one person, a virtue is seen by another. So don't waste one anothers' time as in the case of Mr. Clarks' on ignition governor - let it be made as intended from W.W. unless you can show to him a reason why. Make what you have right - each one doing his part and write no more sheets than is necessary but get some good cars quickly. Carefully note the instructions given to you. Anyone can make suggestions - we want someone to carry out the work. Wks. Comments. As far as Wks. concerned, we have simply sent on to Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} suggestions made or received as would be done in the usual way were he at the Works. EP.{G.
