DUNLOP TYRES.

Dunlops have written to us re. the objections of an owner who is replacing his silent tread tyres with triple stud tyres.

We think that you should know of this gentleman's objections so that if the matter comes up you will know the facts of the case.

We do not think that any of the objections the gentleman mentions are of very much consequence.

However, as we have already pointed out the silent tread tyre is definitely under a handicap for preventing straight forward skidding and stopping the car when braking.

Therefore if such complaints are made, there would seem to be no alternative but to use triple stud tyres.
