Dear Sirs,

For the attention of Mr. F. {Mr Friese} J. {Mr Johnson W.M.} Hardy.

Referring to your letter of the 8th. inst. we confirm receipt of scheme and detail drawing for the car heater D.C.D. 1204.

With regard to the 6 heaters which we are making, we confirm that, as discussed with your Mr. Davis (Drawing Office) over the telephone today, we will supply all parts shown on L.O.P. DW.930 with the exception of the following:-

FW.1009 Hank Rivet Bush.
DW 903 Medallion.
DW 932 Motor.
DW 933/4 Distance pieces.
All 'K' parts.

In order that we may complete these 6 heaters it will be necessary, therefore, for you to forward to us 6 Medallions DW 903 and 6 sets of 2.B.A. cheese head screws, plain washers, lock nuts and washers as used for securing heater to dash.

We confirm that we are proceeding with these 6 heaters, and shall be pleased to receive at your convenience your official order for as many of these as you require.
