HYDROMETERS. ----------------- We have found that occasionally the hydrometers received from outside are not accurate and do not read correctly. In order that we may have some check on the quality of the article which is being supplied to us, we shall be obliged if you will in future make arrangements to hand over to EFC 10% of all hydrometers received at these Works in order that they may be checked for accuracy.
