In connection with BJ's memo reference BJ.3/E.25.8.27, we have arranged with Mr. Wormald, the following procedure :- 1. As heretofore 2 copies of the standardisation sheet to be sent to the Cost Dept. via the Drawing Office. 2. BJ's copy of the standardisation sheet to be sent to the Cost Dept. as soon as you have obtained and inserted the signatures and the information concerning the cost of Jigs, Tools and the value of parts to be scrapped. 3. The Cost Dept. will complete BJ's copy of the standardisation sheet by filling in the Cost figures, and will obtain Mr. Wormald's signature after discussing the costs with him. We at present have standardisation sheet number X.993 ready for the information to be sent to BJ. Will you kindly send BJ's copy along as soon as you have obtained the necessary signatures. C.30 W.J.
