223? James Watt Engineering Laboratories, The University, Glasgow. 13th June. Dear Mr. Robotham Owing to the failure of the I.A.E. Visit I shall not be in Derby this week nor have I any prospects of being South for some time. As it will therefore be impossible for me to call on you & see your data I shall be much obliged if you will be so good as to send me some of your results as a matter of interest to me. I have not got far with my own experiments. Various other duties have cropped up; and this engine is rather a handful in any case. I have got full data from the standard straight-through system, & am now going to begin on special systems. Yours faithfully John C. Morrison | ||
