| SPRINGS Extra long semi-elliptic springs, packed in grease tight leather covers, recoil controlled by hydraulic shock absorbers. Perfect riding qualities at all speeds on any kind of roads. The suspension is on sliding, brakelining equipped shoes suspended to the frame by roller bearings. The side play of the springs is firmly controlled rendering the car absolutely "stable" even at the highest speeds. The springs and their suspension need no servicing for many thousands of miles. THE BRAKES Foot and hand brakes purely mechanical on all four wheels. Simple and clear installation of the operating levers permit easy control and inspection. The brake system is void of complicated auxiliaries and through its simplicity assures permanent and always equal effect. The slightest pressure of the foot controls the 150 HP as easily as it releases them again to unheard of acceleration and speeds. INSTRUMENTS How much gasoline in the tank? - What time is it? - What is the speed and how many miles have we travelled? - What is the temperature of the cooling water? - These are all the questions that need to be asked when operating the new ..Maybach 12- Type Zeppelin, these questions are all answered on the instruments neatly mounted on the dashboard. Oilpressure, battery charging and water circulation are fully automatically controlled.
