R. {Sir Henry Royce} Banks, Esq.,
Ethyl Export Corporation,
Thames House,
Millbank, S.W.1.

Dear Banks,

We have got the Managing Director here on Tuesday for a Conference, but this should not occupy the whole day.

We are very anxious to get some accurate performance figures on the latest Buick cars on Brooklands. Have you up-to-date Century models in your stud, and, if so, can we borrow them for a day ? We could loan you another car while we are using them. If you have not got Century Buicks, we should still like to try any 1938 or 1937 models which you have.

Yours sincerely,
