Dynamo
The condition of this unit was satisfactory.
One positive brush flexible was found to be damaged. It appeared to have been burned due to coming in contact with the metal of the end cover, probably the result of removing the end cover with the dynamo running.

Regulator - Cutout Unit.
Both regulator and cutout were in good condition.

Ignition
The distributors and Breakers are in a satisfactory condition, the wear on the contact points being normal for 10,000 miles and should give further satisfactory service.
The high tension wires are O.K. electrically but have a poor appearance due to the black polished fabric becoming hard and brittle - these wires are to be renewed for the next 10,000 miles. The coils are in satisfactory condition, but are now obsolete and will be replaced by up-to-date Production coils for the next test.

Wiring.
Fog lamp cable oil soaked.
Horn junction box on radiator damaged.
Conduit carrying tail and brake stop lamp wires damaged.
Petrol gauge wire chafed in vicinity of Unit.
Hron relay fuse cover broken.
Wires badly oil soaked at horn junction.box at bottom of steering column.
Wires badly oil soaked at radiator junction boxes and wire colour scheme absent due to same.

Petrol Pump.
The three inner holes in the rubber base D.75221 - two are pulled and one torn, which indicates insufficient flexibility of the petrol pump connection.
