Re. L.T. IGNITION FILTER CIRCUIT
FOR TANK ENGINES.

With regard to the supply of filter units for the tanks Messrs Feranti would supply the chokes and Messrs Dubilier the condensers. It would then only remain for these units to be suitably mounted on an insulated base inside a metal case.

The chokes would have to be of 2500 micro-henries inductance with an ohmic resistance not exceeding .10 ohms. The condensers would have a capacity of 8 micro-farads.

We think it highly probable that Messrs Ferranti would supply the whole unit complete to a specification without any difficulty. The cost at a conservative estimate would be £1.0.0. each.
