MRS CROSLAND CHASSIS 40-ZG.

We wrote to Mrs. Crosland, in regard to previous wire, as per our memos of the 10th, and gave her information, including EFC's memo of the 11th.

The following wire has now been received:-

"46-ZG ace Tenby records battery been on charge since Monday night this morning voltage 12 density 1200 has added electrolyte still charging think battery faulty and greatly inconvenience. Please take matter up with Ace"

Will EFC. please state what action should now be taken, and if you think a new battery should be supplied.

Will you please let us have a reply this afternoon in order that we may wire customer.

Should we refer this matter to the Cardiff Depot of The Chloride Electrical Storage Co.?
