| COPY OF REPORT RECEIVED FROM Rn.{Mr Robinson} IN U.S.A, DATED 5.3.34. To Sgr. From Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} S. to Hgr. S. to H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} c. to Wst. 6099 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}2/KW.16.3.34. In one of my previous notes I mentioned the air cooling of the new La{L. A. Archer} Salle Dynamo. I attach herewith copy of the letter which I received from their Chief Engineer in reply to my query as to what they gain from this procedure and how it is accomplished. I also send you a drawing of the Chevrolet starter motor, which has almost exactly the same job to do as ours on the Bentley. I shall try to bring a La{L. A. Archer} Salle Generator back with me, but am not sure whether this will be possible. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} X 6099 | ||
