Re: WRAITH CHASSIS WRB.46 - Mr. H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} LA{L. A. Archer} MONTAGNE
We confirm having telegraphed to you this morning,
as follows:
ROBOTHAM WOREB FORTYSIX NEED SET RAISED CROWN PISTONS BEFORE FRIDAY WRITING FRANCOBRIT
As the owner is not in need of the car during the first few days of next week. He is therefore arranging to send it to us on Monday morning next so that we can change the pistons,(for the raised crown H.C. type.)
Should there be any difficulty in supplying the above before say next Monday, please inform us so that we, in our turn, may inform the owner.
We attach to D/BP.'s copy of this memo our Official Order N° 3063 for the above. The pistons should be sent complete with rings.
The record cards of this car indicate that the cylinder bores are all standard.
We trust that you will be able to supply the pistons, as we wish to give this important customer every satisfaction.
For your guidance, we attach a copy of a letter dated the 12th instant, reference Sr/DnS/MLG, which Sr. wrote to this owner and which you will find self explanatory.
Sr/VA. VH
