Dear Breeden, You will remember that some time ago I told you that there might be a possibility of the Company completing two or three of our new type Bentley cars, and selling them to selected customers. Owing to our preoccupation with war-time products, we have only just been able to finish three of these new cars and the Board have agreed that, if you would care to buy one, we can go ahead. Second-hand Bentleys are fetching quite reasonable prices and Jack Barclay seems to be willing to buy all he can lay his hands on. I would be glad if you would give me a ring and let me know what you feel about it. The body on this car would, of course, be the one on which we propose to fit your bits and pieces after the war. Yours sincerely, | ||
